About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving various marketing initiatives that support SKUTOPIA's brand presence, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts.
This role will play a key part in planning & executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing content creation, and optimizing our digital & traditional channels to fuel company growth.
This position provides excellent opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in integrating digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive overall brand success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, search ads, and display ads, owned & earned mediaPlan and execute traditional marketing efforts, such as print ads, events, outdoor advertising, and radio (as and where required)Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales strategiesBuild and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channelsManage and grow the company's social media presence, focusing on increasing engagement and brand visibilityConduct market research and analyse consumer trends to refine marketing strategiesTrack and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimise future effortsSupport managing marketing budgets for both digital and traditional channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesSupport the creation of marketing creative assets for campaigns, working with designers, team and individually producing assets in line with the brand guidelinesSupport event marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-event analysisStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in both digital and traditional marketingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Increase in lead generation and conversion rates through marketing campaignsSuccessful execution of the marketing calendar, with campaigns delivered on time and within budgetImproved ROI on marketing effortsIncrease in website traffic and online conversions from digital campaignsGrowth in social media engagement and followersRequired Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing rolesProficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms)Experience in traditional marketing methods (e.g., print, events, radio)Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategiesData-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIsExcellent communication and project management skillsExperience working with CRM systems and marketing automation toolsStrong writing, editing, and communication skills, with experience creating content for different digital channelsBonus Skills: Experience working in an in-house marketing team or within a marketing agencyCreative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaignsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teamsResults-oriented with a focus on continuous improvementTools and Technology:Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads ManagerExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)Familiarity with traditional marketing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, event management software, Canva)When you join us, you'll be an important pillar of a rapidly growing startup.
