Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars aligned with our annual marketing plan.Implement big-picture marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including social media posts, emails, and landing pages.Manage and optimize social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn, to maximize reach and engagement.Familiarity with the P1 5-day challenge model and ascension plan, with the ability to apply it effectively on LinkedIn.Craft engaging email marketing campaigns, including writing and designing emails, and analyzing performance metrics.Design and optimize landing pages and workflows for marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing and content creation, preferably in the health or business sector.Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different target audiences.Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn, for marketing purposes.Familiarity with the P1 5-day challenge model and ascension plan, or willingness to learn and apply it effectively.Experience in email marketing, including writing engaging copy and analyzing campaign performance.Ability to create effective landing pages and workflows using tools like Asana.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.Permanent work from home with a great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.
