Marketing & Sales Assistant (casual or part time)About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team at Hakea Grove Aged Care in Wyong, NSW. This is a part-time or casual role (1 to 2 days per week) that will involve supporting our Admission Coordinator to promote our aged care services and facility to potential residents and their families. This is a new role, and it's an exciting opportunity.
What you'll be doing Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategiesMaintaining and updating our website, social media channels, and other digital platformsReviewing & updating our marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentationsConducting market research and gathering competitive intelligenceOrganising and attending community events and open daysProviding excellent customer service to prospective residents and their families in the absence of the CoordinatorSupporting the Admission Coordinator in lead generation and conversion activitiesMaintaining accurate records and reporting on marketing and sales activities for the CEOWhat we're looking for Relevant experience in a marketing or sales assistant role, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industryStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasksProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Canva or similar and various digital marketing toolsA genuine interest in the aged care sector and a passion for marketingFlexibility to work part-time or casual hours.We need someone to drive our enquiries and raise our profile through marketing within our communityWhat we offer Competitive salary and a range of employee benefits, including access to our employee assistance programOpportunities for professional development and career growth within our organisationA supportive and collaborative team environment with a focus on work-life balanceThe chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our older AustraliansAbout us
