Responsibilities:Employer Engagement: Make at least 40 daily calls to new businesses, employers, and agencies to secure placements for our candidates.
Keep meticulous records of new job listings, employer contacts, and outreach activities.Job Ad Analysis: Regularly review job advertisements to identify opportunities and reach out to companies, promoting our candidates and services.Social Media Outreach: Leverage platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn for client engagement and strategic partnership development.Lead Management: Manage high-quality, paid leads efficiently by contacting each within four hours of assignment and updating all interactions in Salesforce CRM.Website Updates: Maintain and improve the Placement page on our website as needed.Communication & Compliance: Log all communications with clients and employers on platforms like Salesforce, 3CX, and Microsoft Teams.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in using social media platforms for professional outreach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
