Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with a Global client based in Sunshine (Victoria) who specialise in products such as motor oils, transmission fluids, coolants, greases, and other specialty fluids designed to improve vehicle performance, protect engine components, and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Due to expansion and growth, the team are now looking for a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager who is proactive and ready for the next step in their Marketing career.

Joining this team as the Marketing Digital and E-commerce Lead you will be at the forefront of our Victorian team, driving online brand growth and enhancing customer experiences across our digital platforms.
This role will see you report directly to the Head of Marketing and be a vital addition to their clients, customers, and project teams.
About the Role As our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies. You'll leverage your expertise to enhance online presence, maximise customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage a small team of digital marketers, and work directly with analytics to measure success and refine tactics.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans across all channels of business.Drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand engagement.Oversee website optimisation, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns to ensure an integrated approach across channels.Analyse data and KPIs to optimise digital performance, conversion rates, and customer journey experiences.Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and technology teams to enhance user experience and implement innovative e-commerce solutions.About You Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, ideally in a leadership capacity.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) and a track record of optimising campaigns based on insights.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.A strategic thinker with the creativity and technical acumen to drive digital growth.Why Join This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you'll have the freedom to innovate and impact the direction of your digital strategy.
