Job no : 8HG3Y Category : Marketing and Communications Opportunities to work flexibly at all stages of your career Market leading Learning and Development programs offered 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave About the role Due to an internal move, we're seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager responsible for delivering profitable growth of Selleys through the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs that build share and drive category leadership.
This pivotal role involves crafting and executing strategic plans, driving brand growth, and developing a team of high-performance brand marketers.
As a key member of our high performing Selleys Marketing leadership team in Padstow (hybrid), you'll manage a diverse portfolio of brands catering to both trade and retail customers.
Reporting to our Head of Portfolio, Brands, and Advertising and leading a team of 3 experienced Senior Brand & Brand Managers, you'll support growth in profitability and market share over the long-term, and develop and execute the marketing plan across your portfolio (primarily an Australian-focused role).
The position requires experience in team management, brand management, influencing, strategy development and ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
You will also need a strong passion for marketing and for building brands that consumers love.

Responsibilities Develop audience-led, market-smart and evidence-based marketing strategy to drive short and long-term sales growth Develop and motivate functional partners and project teams to achieve brand objectives Strategic coordination of the application of the marketing mix across channels Contributor to the Product Stewardship process and audit to ensure product stewardship principles apply to products and innovation Skills & Experience Marketing or business degree or higher 8+ years experience in brand management, preferably handling a diverse portfolio in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in B2B Brand or experience within the Construction / Building Industry would be highly valued Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring high-performing teams Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated understanding of market dynamics A passion for innovation, creativity, and driving impactful marketing initiatives Why DuluxGroup?
