We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic orbital servicing company, responsible for driving our marketing efforts.
In this role you will work across the following areas:
CRM Management:Implement and manage our CRM system (HubSpot) to streamline customer interactions and data managementDevelop and execute targeted marketing campaigns through the CRM system to engage customers and drive salesAnalyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growthEnsure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM systemPR and Communications Support:Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and execute effective strategiesAssist in crafting compelling press releases, articles, and other promotional materialsMonitor media coverage and maintain positive relationships with journalists and industry influencersSupport the organization of press conferences, interviews, and other PR eventsDevelop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.
)Create engaging and informative content to attract and retain customersMonitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize resultsStay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practicesFlexibility and Adaptability:Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as neededAdapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditionsSupport other marketing and business development initiatives as requiredPROFILE You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
