We are now seeking a high-caliber Marketing Lead based in Mexico. If you are an experienced, self-motivated, and innovative marketer, this could be the role for you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU WILL DO Proven experience of brand awareness and conversion campaigns Proven experience of content production for social media Search and interaction with PR, creative and content agencies (briefing) Overview execution of Marketing campaigns and activities Quotation and negotiation with suppliers to execute marketing campaigns and activities Follow-up of requests from internal areas (newsletters, communication, campaigns, etc.) Assist the team in the planning and execution of projects in the area Experience in strategic alliances with related brands to exchange benefits between users Support in the execution of PR and area events Process improvements and search for team management tools Documentation of the processes of the marketing area Manage marketing calendar and negotiate deadlines Knowledge of the best practices of the Mexican market Organize department tasks Provide insights for marketing campaigns and projects REQUIREMENTS / WHAT WE SEEK 4-5 years of experience in Marketing Management of social networks Diploma in Marketing preferred Management of Administrative / suppliers Project Management Advanced English WHAT WE LOOK FOR Self learner Positive attitude and courage to make things happen, to identify and take advantage of new opportunities An ambitious person who has an entrepreneurial attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operational needs Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising quality. Autonomous and adaptable attitude to deal with a constantly changing work environment. Full-time (presencial)
