About the Role:As a Marketing Executive at Oscars Group, you will be driving strategic initiatives for several key hospitality venues within our diverse Group. Seeking a seasoned professional with a flair for planning, creativity, and leadership. Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand visibility and business objectives. Collaborate across both Operational and Marketing teams and foster innovation. Your analytical skills will measure and optimise campaign performance. This role will be based 2 days a week at Head Office in Brighton-Le-Sands, and 3 days a week in our Sydney venues.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across various channels such as digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's goals.Manage several social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.Work to strengthen the Oscars Group brand through consistent messaging, innovative campaigns, and strategic partnerships.Collaborate with our team in shaping the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising, to enhance online presence and engagement.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.Mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.About you: Strong understanding of the Hospitality sector, with a keen awareness of market trends and competitive landscape.Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives.Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that contribute to business growth.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
