About the Role
The position is responsible for generating leads and supporting sales through the development and implementation of marketing strategies for a selection of Projects in QLD. Responsibilities include overall brand management, lead generation and sales promotions, offline and digital advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, website and eDM content development, project signage, local area marketing initiatives and the coordination of new sales offices and display villages

Responsibilities
Preparation of project marketing plans on an annual basis detailing the project vision, marketing objectives, market strategies, key issues, tactical opportunities and budget allocation
Presentation of target audience profiles, consumer insights and marketing strategies for the annual Peet Victoria business planning sessions
Develop and manage project brands
Actively identify and implement opportunities to build brand awareness in each market
Utilise market research tools to analyse and report on project target markets and marketing outcomes including consumer preferences, lead and sales conversions, sales office and website traffic and digital KPIs
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with stage releases, new products, project milestones and target markets. These include offline and digital advertising, website content development, estate signage, regular eDM campaigns, marketing collateral, public relations, sponsorship, events and promotions
Coordinate lead generation and group-wide sales promotions as required
Ensure all point-of-sale, merchandising material, estate signage and sales support material is accurate, up-to-date and of a high quality, produced on time and is available in sufficient quantities to achieve sales objectives
Manage creative, media and website agency relationships and complete written briefs for all jobs
Update and review marketing dashboard reports on a monthly basis
Manage the content, user journey and optimisation of estate websites on a regular basis
Utilise eDM software (and customer database software) to undertake regular eDM campaigns in line with the project marketing strategy
Attributes
Bachelor of Business (Marketing) or equivalent or relevant industry experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in project based or agency marketing roles
Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
Demonstrable skills in traditional and digital advertising, point of sale collateral and merchandising, outdoor signage, website content, promotions, sponsorship,
Prior experience in public relations and event management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including copywriting experience)
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
