In this role, you'll oversee our direct marketing initiatives, foster community engagement, collaborate with content creators and influencers to promote our products, and evaluate our performance.
You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our marketing efforts are cohesive, on-brand, and consistent.
You'll work closely with the CEO, marketing team, and content creators to drive our brand's success.
What we need your help withKey responsibilities for this role include:
EDM, TXT & Direct Marketing: Develop and execute effective strategies for EDMs, TXT campaigns, and direct marketing that enhance customer engagement and drive repeat sales.Community Building: Host events and nurture an online community that enhances brand loyalty and engagement.Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, coordinating campaigns to broaden reach and attract new customers.Promotions and Sales Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional events, sales, and discount campaigns aligned with the store's goals and calendar.Social Media Coordination: Work closely with content creators to implement a cohesive social media plan that aligns with the store's objectives and brand voice.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) to optimise campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.About youInterest in our brands/categories: You should like the brands and categories we sell, which are high-quality gear from passionate brands across the categories of carry, outdoors, and accessories.Proven skills and success in the above criteria: We understand that you may have more experience in some areas and are keen to improve skills in others.Social Media Savvy: Knowledgeable in current trends and platform engagement techniques for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Creative & Detail-Oriented: You'll bring innovative ideas to the table that align with Rushfaster's brand.

Pay rangeCompetitive salary will come with a profit share bonus.
