You'll be working closely with leadership and supported by the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through multi-channel marketing efforts.
What you'll be working on Brand Governance: Take ownership of brand governance, ensuring William Buck's branding is consistently represented across all channels, events, and partnerships.Sponsorship and Partnership Marketing: Lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies, working closely with key partners to amplify our brand's visibility and drive business development opportunities.Market Research: Conduct research to understand specific sectors within your portfolio and develop targeted strategies to reach audiences effectively.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, from building prospect lists and creating content to channel selection and event execution.Content Strategy: Work with industry experts to raise their profiles through engaging content and media opportunities.Data Analytics: Dive into data to measure campaign effectiveness, report on performance, and ensure sponsorship initiatives meet ROI and business targets.Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills while managing workflow to meet deadlines.We are looking for someone with A passion for professional services marketing, with the ability to identify and maximize brand development opportunities.A deep understanding of brand identity and narrative, with an eye for detail in maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.The ability to pivot between marketing disciplines, including content creation, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and event coordination.Strong leadership skills to inspire internal teams and external partners.Commercial acumen, with the ability to assess sponsorship value and deliver measurable results.Skills and Expertise 4+ years' experience in marketing, communication, or PR.Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or an equivalent field.Proven expertise in sponsorship marketing and strong relationship-building skills.Superior communication and content creation skills, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.#J-18808-Ljbffr
