The Role An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity exists for an experienced Market Growth Manager to join the Consulting Solutions line of business team, focused on driving client and market growth support for the national consulting practice and technology law team.
In this role, you will be accountable for driving client and market growth, developing and implementing sophisticated client and market-focused strategies, working collaboratively with Partners across the firm.
This opportunity is based in either our Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements available.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate with key Partners and stakeholders within MinterEllison Consulting and Technology Legal teams, working seamlessly between various business units to execute strategies and initiatives to achieve business growth agendas.Support Partner BD activities, in line with Business Unit priorities.Proactively develop initiatives to support client and market relationships in both private & public sector entities, including a regular client listening program.Support business development activities through sales support services such as pitches and capability statements.Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute market demand and profiling campaigns to strengthen MinterEllison Consulting's brand and market positioning.Seek out branding and thought leadership opportunities through conferences, seminars, digital and other client and market engagement opportunities.Collaborate with cross-industry and cross-line of business teams to support the development of integrated and multidisciplinary solutions.Support the development of multidisciplinary solutions through the understanding of client needs, market assessment, and insights.Manage sales campaign development, execution, and reporting in line with growth strategies.Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and joint legal and consulting solutions.Oversee team Coordinator to manage workflow.More About You We welcome applicants who have:
