About Our Production Supervisor Role: We are embarking on a significant project consolidating all our Australian manufacturing into our Brisbane facility. As part of this project, we will be relocating our impressive high speed, highly technical coffee cup manufacturing machines from Sydney to Brisbane and we are seeking a Production Supervisor to take complete ownership of this section of our manufacturing plant.
Supported by a talented maintenance team and trained operators/packers, you will lead a highly effective production team dedicated to custom print and quality coffee cup manufacture. If high speed technical manufacture, team leadership, and customer satisfaction are your passions, we would love to hear from you!
Skills and Experience that will ensure your success: Your mechanical aptitude and prior experience with high speed, technical manufacturing equipment will be key. Having a high regard for the safety of yourself and others. A collaborative leadership style where you value each member of your team and their contribution to positive outcomes. A quality ethos underpinned by continuous learning and performance improvement innovation. Your experience with 5S (lean manufacturing) will support work area efficiency and safety. Your active promotion of training opportunities for your team to excel in their current role as well as being cross-trained and multi-skilled across the factory will be a core trademark of yours. Your prior experience working in a HACCP environment and your high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness will set the standard.
