Manufacturing Planner

The companyAn award-winning national leader in lighting, air, and control solutions, founded in 2005 and based in Salisbury, specialising in the manufacturing of lighting, commercial emergency lighting, and custom lighting, is seeking a Production Manager.The roleThe Factory Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of an 8,000 m² facility with approximately 45-60 employees and numerous automation machines. This role ensures that shifts run on time, safety protocols are followed, uniforms and PPE are correctly used, and high morale is maintained.
