We are upgrading our Brisbane plant – moving to a larger site, new layout, adding new processes and equipment. Then we will build a new greenfields plant to support our international expansion. This growth creates opportunities for high performers to excel.The RoleWe are recruiting for a high-performing Manufacturing Manager. This role will lead our Brisbane manufacturing team as we expand our factory size, head count, add new equipment and processes, and grow production volumes. You will need to recruit, train and develop the team required to support this growth. You will bring to life a LEAN manufacturing philosophy that sees us simplify and eliminate waste in everything we do.Key targets for this role in next 3 years include:Grow production volume ($50m to $150m)Grow shop floor team (50 to 140, 1-shift to 2-shift)Develop team leaders and managers to ensure control and enable LEANDrive LEAN transformation programSupport the relocation to larger Brisbane facility (4000m2 to 8000m2 shop floor)Support the install and commissioning of new manufacturing processesImprove quality and safety systemsThis role reports to our Operations Director and is based in Brisbane. There is a clear progression path into Plant Manager role with full site responsibility.
