Job Title: Managing Director - Transmission & Distribution

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead operations in the T&D industry.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the EPC sector and a deep understanding of the Australian grid market.
The Managing Director will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company's growth and operational excellence in the T&D sector.
Oversee all aspects of business operations, including project delivery, financial management, and resource allocation.
Develop and implement business strategies that align with market trends and opportunities in the local grid market.
Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies to enhance the company's market position.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct market analysis to identify competitive landscape, market size, and emerging trends to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
More than 10 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution market, with significant exposure to the EPC environment.
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a senior management role within the T&D sector.
Strong understanding of the Australian grid market, including market dynamics, competition, and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
