General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)Due to an acquisition, this is the 2nd business we represent in the Cairns region and we are looking for an industry-experienced person from either a senior trades or management role (e.g., Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Construction Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, National Sales Manager, General Manager, or Managing Director).$175k + super + 20% equity + dividendsBecome an employee and shareholder immediatelyCairns concrete construction businessCivil, commercial, mining, and industrial worksAbout UsThis business operates in the Cairns and local region as a concrete construction company completing a wide scope of works, including commercial complexes, roadworks, treatment plants, wind farms, power stations, subdivisions, and warehouses.Reporting to the board, you will leverage your experience in concrete and construction while contributing to the strategic development and operational oversight of the business. You will lead a team of approximately 15 staff members, driving profitable sales and ensuring the overall success of the company, which can increase to a casual pool of up to 40 contractors depending on the size and length of the project.It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role where no two days will be the same.
