This well established and rapidly growing finance broker and advisor, occupying a strong position in their market, has an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the business in its next stage of growth.
With a great track record of achievement, this business is set to expand into its next phase.

Key to the continued growth of this business is the appointment of an experienced senior professional who can bring energy and vision to facilitate delivery of the board's high-growth strategy.

Reporting to the Board, you will guide the management team and wider business in achieving clearly set objectives and goals.

Key overall position responsibilities will include:Together with the board, develop and execute clearly defined business and operational strategies and roadmaps, including organic growth and acquisition.Bring advanced communication skills and senior leadership knowledge and experience to facilitate increased networking opportunities to drive expansion.Champion the ongoing review and adoption of systems and processes to enable the business to deliver high-output results to customers.Lead, build, mentor, and inspire the management team and wider teams to achieve the best possible results. General experience:All applicants will be able to demonstrate expert knowledge in financial products across mortgages, commercial and business finance, development finance, asset finance, and insurance.
Bring significant practical leadership experience in finance broking and have held impactful operational roles within finance brokerage environments or similar businesses.Demonstrate specific impact within previous roles on increasing market share, improving productivity, driving efficiencies, team leadership, and profitability. Full Australian working rights are required for all applicants.
