Zarraffa's Coffee Worongary has positions available for a Manager.

Taking ownership of the store Responsible for staff training and development Exceeding expectations in Customer Service Ensuring profitability of the business Showing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliers Demonstrating an ethical purpose and compassion in the role Striving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every time Managing employee performance Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders Motivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work-life balance WH&S and Food Safety Compliance Product ordering and stock control To be successful in these positions, you should possess the following attributes:
Current or previous management experience is preferred Proven team leadership Dynamic, results-driven, and enjoy achieving targets Can-do attitude and self-motivated Confident and well spoken Impeccable presentation and personal hygiene Thrive on working in a fast-paced, team environment Honesty and Integrity Strong work ethic The available positions are full-time, offering 38 hours per week, with a seven-day-a-week flexibility requirement, including weekends and early morning opens from 5am to 8pm.
Previous experience is essential.

The company is proudly 100% Australian owned with its head office based on the Gold Coast.
Zarraffa's (pronounced Za-raff-as) comes from the Arabic word 'Zarafa' which means 'Giraffe' and the Masai Giraffe typically inhabits the savannahs of Kenya and Ethiopia, the origin of coffee.
From a single store in Southport on the Gold Coast, the Zarraffa's Coffee business has evolved into an award-winning enterprise, now serving customers in close to 70 locations across Queensland, Western Australia, and New South Wales.
Leading the way in retail coffee innovation, Zarraffa's Coffee developed its popular drive-thru store concept in 2010, providing customers with quality coffee and added convenience.
The company's expansion to the West Coast in 2012 enabled Zarraffa's to introduce its unique blend of coffee to a whole new region of coffee lovers.
