Newly createdsenior leadership opportunity Lead the workforceplanning strategy for optimal resourcing of Train Drivers and Guards Centrally locatedin Burwood, close to public transport and shops The opportunity We have a newly created, unique opportunity for a ManagerWorkforce Strategy toplay a critical role in the Train Crewing and Support leadership teamwith Sydney Trains. Reporting to the Associate Director, Workforce Planning, youwill lead the development of theworkforce planning strategy and implementand maintain efficient workforce planning systems and best practice forecastmethodology and models. This is turn will inform business decisions on optimalresourcing of Train Crew (Train Drivers and Train Guards) in the 5 yearworkforce plan. To meet optimalbusiness outcomes and operational requirements, you will use data driven insights to negotiate and recommend strategies fordelivery of TfNSW priorities, including the MoreTrains More Services program. As a senior leader, you will have the autonomy youdeserve, along with the support and mentorship you need to grow your skills andmake things happen! Your extensive experience in strategic planning inevitablymeans you are driven by (quality) data. Experience in a forward planning orworkforce planning function is highly desirable.
