As Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll oversee recruitment processes, lead significant talent projects, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and strategies to ensure a proactive and innovative approach to recruitment.
Your leadership will bring together a team of experienced senior consultants, guiding them on a journey to embrace new ways of working while building diverse and robust talent pools.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organisational needs and workforce goals.
Innovation: Introduce modern tools and technology to enhance talent acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management: Drive critical talent acquisition projects that shape the future of recruitment within the Department.
Team Development : Mentor and support the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and external partners to build strong talent pipelines.

With a solid track record of delivering key talent acquisition projects and introducing innovative methods to attract and retain top talent, you are solutions-focused and adept at prioritising competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
