What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will engage directly with high profile public and private sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority asset and operational related problems.

In response to strong client demand for our services we have several roles for outstanding Consulting Managers within our Operations and Transformation Consulting team.
We encourage anyone with asset management, operations or transformation / change experience across public or private sector industries including Defence, automotive, energy and resources to apply Multiyear consulting experience in a consulting firm, boutique strategy house, engineering advisory firm and / or an internal consulting / business improvement role Experience in leading project teams, demonstrating exceptional business development, communications and client relationship skills Highly developed analytical skills with a track record for solving complex business problems and the ability to exercise mature judgment Deep understanding of complex program management and the ability to manage multiple work streams with diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas Sense of team and passion to develop others as well as self An understanding of Defence through previous experience Minimum Baseline AGSVA security clearance Specific experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: Operations improvement, transformation or implementation/delivery background in Defence, automotive, Energy and Resources or similar sectors Experience in the use of structured consulting or problem solving approaches / frameworks An understanding of supply networks and logistics An understanding of digital technologies and data analytics, and how these are applied to optimise business outcomes STEM related qualifications and experience Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) skillsets which may include due diligence, problem solving, media analysis, foreign language aptitude Why Deloitte?
