The Manager, Strategic Growth and Development plays a pivotal role in securing, developing and delivering high-quality education and training services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will join a highly regarded organisation committed to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative learning solutions. This role will focus on revenue opportunities, oversee strategic tender submissions, expand fee-for-service education offerings, and lead the delivery of primary healthcare training projects. You'll also collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, building strategic partnerships to drive growth. Key Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives, including tender/grant submissions, proposals, and stakeholder engagement. Build strategic alliances with healthcare providers, clients, and stakeholders nationally. Contribute to business strategies and collaborate with senior management to achieve revenue growth objectives. Develop and implement education and training solutions tailored to primary healthcare. What You'll Bring You will bring a proven track record in business development, project management, and education within the primary healthcare sector. Your comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems, policy, and training delivery will be complemented by your ability to write and manage tenders, proposals, and key accounts effectively. With exceptional communication and leadership skills, you will inspire and guide high-performing teams while fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. Your entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities, will drive growth and success in this role. A postgraduate qualification, such as an MBA or a degree in a relevant health field, will be highly regarded.
