Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP)
As part of a dynamic and results driven LXRP safety team you will be leading an experienced and knowledgeable operational team of safety professionals. In this role you are responsible for promoting a safe work culture and the coordination of all site-based health and safety activities undertaken by the safety operations team during all phases of the project lifecycle. An additional focus of this role is providing senior leadership within the broader LXRP safety team, promoting and implementing its strategic direction. This role also requires you to cultivate effective and collaborative stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
About you
You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel. Your proven expertise in the project management of major infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders and significant risk profiles, will ensure your capability in effectively monitoring and overseeing the implementation of safety systems, auditing, providing sound advice in accordance with legislative requirements and the project's policies and procedures.
