The Manager Recruitment and Appointment Services is responsible for leading, guiding and managing the recruitment and appointment services, including talent acquisition and sourcing strategy in line with strategic objectives and operational plans and targets, with the intent of delivering a timely, optimised service that attracts and creates quality talent pools that align with current and future business needs.
The incumbent will ensure that Townsville HHS maintains a robust and skilled workforce by fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and promote Townsville HHS employee value proposition (EVP) to attract high-quality candidates.Develop talent acquisition strategies for the THHS, and adopt unique and targeted recruitment, sourcing and selection strategies and techniques.Identify barriers to attraction, internal and external, and identify opportunities to mitigate and overcome the barriers to improve the likelihood of a diverse and talent candidate pool and successful hires.Role requirements Tertiary qualification in a human resource management, industrial relations or related field is highly desirable.Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute is desirable.Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.Please refer to the role description for further details.
