This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic programs, drive transition projects, and manage resources. Working with other leaders and specialists from across the Real Time Network Operations team, you will continuously improve processes, systems, and tools to achieve strategic objectives and manage risks.Building and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with experts will be essential. You will also be a member of the Real Time Network Operations Leadership Team, integrating industry practices and technologies for effective governance and risk management, and establishing a document management system compliant with ISO9001 and industry standards.We are looking for a strong leader who embraces challenges and robust conversations with best outcomes in mind. If you have a proven track record of driving strategic transformation, building partnerships, and optimising processes and systems, this is the perfect role for you. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and advance your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead Projects: Develop and implement strategic transition projects, prepare business cases, and manage resources.Provide Leadership: Advise stakeholders on transition activities and present recommendations to senior management.Drive Change: Develop and deliver change management strategies to embed new ways of working.Optimise Systems: Improve processes, systems, and tools to achieve strategic objectives and manage risks.Build Partnerships: Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate: Work with experts to identify capability uplift requirements and process changes.Support Leadership: Participate in the Real Time Network Operations Leadership Team to achieve strategic priorities.Innovate: Integrate industry practices and technologies for effective governance and risk management.Ensure Compliance: Establish a document management system compliant with ISO9001 and industry standards.The community you will join:Based in Brisbane and reporting to the General Manager Real Time Network Operations, you will initially lead a team of one Operations Application Specialist, with the potential for team growth as the project progresses. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our operations and make a significant impact.
