About the RoleThe Manager, Programs & Community will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the organisation's programs across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
This role requires strong leadership, program management, stakeholder engagement and partnership skills to ensure effective delivery and impact of our programs.
The Manager will work closely with internal staff and colleagues, and external partners to achieve program goals and support the organisation's Vision.
