The role:
Reporting to the Director, Project Support, this role is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling service across a delivery portfolio of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs, projects and other work within the Delivery Services Branch, eHealth Queensland. The role provides a planning and scheduling service that:

Partners with the Delivery Office Managers to provide an integrated project support service across the Delivery Services Branch, eHealth Queensland.
Leads on all aspects of program and project planning, including the development, updating, and monitoring of project, program, and delivery portfolio schedules.
Identifies outputs, activities, dependencies for each project and program to track and monitor progress against the delivery portfolio and to enable accurate monthly highlight reporting.

In addition to this, you will:

Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.
Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
Manage teamwork load and capacity with key stakeholders in the provision of a facilitated planning and scheduling service including project management tool administration.
Apply effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to interact individually and in groups with internal and external customers.

Are you right for this role?
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge, and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Demonstrated experience managing a facilitated planning and scheduling service within a large complex ICT program and project environment.
Demonstrated experience with facilitation of program and project planning workshops with a wide range of stakeholders of varying seniority (including the development of product breakdown structures and product flow diagrams).
Demonstrated experience in the development, production and maintenance of project, program and integrated portfolio level schedules (using MS Project Online) that take account the critical path, key dependencies, and people resource requirements in order to successfully deliver the agreed scope as defined in the program and project business case.

Qualifications and professional certifications in one or more of the following fields will be highly desirable:

Scheduling and MS Project Online
Program and project management particularly Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Managing Successful Projects (PRINCE2)
