Description Key accountabilities include:
Providing expert advice and contributing to the IT strategic direction Developing and executing long-term infrastructure strategies Managing Service Desk activities and managing hardware and software assets Managing the organisations server and network infrastructure Providing high-quality end user experience through effective SOE Ensuring the continued availability of IT services Assuming full accountability for IT security posture Leading the design and execution of IT operational policies and frameworks You will have x2 direct reports in this role.
Profile The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a leadership role managing IT operations, including IT Support/Infrastructure teams Demonstrated ability to undertake all activities within the infrastructure lifecycle Experience implementing contemporary IT operational strategies, concepts and practices Significant experience in Microsoft technologies: AD/AAD/Entra, Group Policy, Exchange, Office 365 and Azure Experience building a strong service culture, developing individuals and leading distributed teams Understanding of cyber security principles and best practices Job Offer $140,000 - $145,000 + super Flexible working conditions Generous paid parental leave Employee assistance program (free professional counselling sessions) Staff health and wellbeing programs Salary sacrifice including superannuation and novated leasing To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
