Manager | Group Treasury Capital StrategyOur Group Treasury team is responsible for managing the Group's capital, funding, and liquidity position. Our team advises senior management on balance sheet capacity, cost, risk, and return and supports the Chief Financial Officer and the Asset and Liability Committee on strategic issues.

What role will you play?Working in a high performing team, you will be exposed to the inner workings of an internationally active financial conglomerate group and have exposure to Macquarie's senior management, in a non-hierarchical, merit-based environment.
In this role, you will develop expertise in capital management and partner with the various Macquarie businesses to appropriately structure Macquarie's products, businesses, and capital frameworks. You will be involved in and lead a variety of capital projects and deliverables that will inform the strategic direction of the Group's capital position and execution of capital actions to senior management. In addition, contribute to the development of policies and practices that will shape the outcome of Macquarie's business activities.
