12 month Parental Leave Contract (from Jan/Feb 2025)0.8-1.0 FTEWe are seeking an experienced fundraising operator to join our leadership team for 12 months. This is an ideal opportunity to round out your expertise and CV through exposure across diverse fundraising channels.You will work within a supportive team and progressive and positive culture. You will oversee well established successful major campaigns and nurture our actively engaged philanthropic community. You'll have realistic fundraising goals and be empowered to manage them flexibly to achieve impactful outcomes.Who We AreCystic Fibrosis WA is a non-for-profit organisation providing services and support to individuals and families affected by cystic fibrosis (CF) and other respiratory conditions in WA.The RoleCFWA has strong existing partnerships with regular givers and major supporters. Your role will be to maintain and grow these partnerships and oversee campaigns.Senior role working closely with a collaborative management team, CEO and BoardResponsibility for CFWA's annual fundraising plan, program of activities and budgetPlanning and overseeing major campaigns from concept to deliveryResponsible for major donor relationships, giving and appealsSupported by a core team with campaign execution strengthApplying your expertise and networks to make a lasting impact in people's livesKey Selection CriteriaAt least 5 years' experience in a fundraising position or similar within the NFP sectorSignificant experience in fundraising and campaign managementExperience building valuable partnerships with donors and supportersInitiative and problem-solving skillsHighly developed communication and relationship skillsExperience in managing staff or leading campaign teamsWorking knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards and common system platforms such as Salesforce.The benefits for youHighly competitive salary and salary packaging up to $15,600 availableFlexible work environment, with high degree of autonomy; capacity to negotiate FTE to suit your needsInvestment in professional development, including travel and attendance at the national FIA conferenceBonus seasonal leave (up to 7 days pa) and generous time-off-in-lieuTo apply, please forward your resume and a one-page cover letter addressing essential criteria by 6 Dec 2024.
