Manager, Executive Reward Governance and ProjectRemuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeBring your reward experience to join a high performing team, responsible for the delivery of NAB's executive reward and governance function. You will have an opportunity to participate in the annual end of year performance and reward review process, demonstrate your analytical skills, contribute to ensuring NAB's reward arrangements are appropriately governed and adhere to regulatory, investor and shareholder expectations. Unique opportunity to join the Executive Reward and Governance team within People and Culture.In this Manager role, you will:Lead a small high performing team responsible for the delivery of executive reward and governancePropose the review and implementation of automated solutionsConsider the use of data manipulation tools to streamline remuneration reporting processesEnsure appropriate controls are embedded for data management solutionsLiaise with key stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs and Group Reporting team to ensure data for all reporting and public disclosures is managed well and accurately.Participate in the implementation of Workday to ensure an effective solution.What you will bring:Knowledge and experience of the annual remuneration process and the financial services regulatory landscape.Extensive experience and capability to draft board papers and report writing.Familiarity with end of year process performance and reward process.Demonstrated experience in process optimization and leading/consulting on change management in a medium/large organization.Strong experience in developing financial models within the financial services industry.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
