As part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role provides strategic leadership, expert advice, and drives change across enterprise agreements, investigations, and workplace relations.
Lead a high-performing ER and Investigations team, offering strategic guidance on workforce and industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, and complex investigations.Key ResponsibilitiesAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will be a technical expert, with a master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field—or extensive experience in a similar discipline.
You will have solid experience managing a team and delegating workloads.
You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a unionised environment, negotiating with unions and creating commercial, enterprise-wide strategies.
You will be able to make strong relationships with stakeholders, to ensure strategies meet the business needs and have a strong commercial lens.
