We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to join our brand new team at Memento Robina . This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving breakfast restaurants.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven credentials in training staff and management of high volume cafes Effective communicator and mentor: you will spend 30% of your time training and monitoring staff Substantial experience in people management and conflict resolutions Ability to handle 7kg of coffee/day on the machine and weekend availability Most importantly, a positive personality and go-getter attitude What we offer in return:
