The opportunity The Manager Benchmarking is responsible for designing and setting up appropriate systems for the benchmarking of TSS services to support the delivery of quality, cost effective services to clients. This role will: · Produce and present reports for interpreting information for specialists and non-specialists within TSS. · Reconcile and provide insights in relation to financial and performance records, raising any significant anomalies/discrepancies/potential improvements to the attention of the Senior Manager - Commercial. · Preparing of financial/performance reports, reporting on benchmark trends and recommendations based on current analysis and future trends. · Keeping operating procedures under review to identify areas of potential development and/or improvement and make recommendations. · Highlight areas of potential improvement and devise strategies with recommendations. · Provide analysis of TSS services against other shared service providers (including global, government and other industry comparisons). Part of Corporate Services is Transport Shared Services (TSS). This branch aims to deliver a range of business services and manages enquiries across the cluster in the areas of finance, procurement, human resources, and workplace management.
