This position directly supports our purpose, and ensures our members can count on us, by developing and executing Board and Committee work plans (and supporting Company Secretariat functions) to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory, prudential and legal obligations in support of the risk and regulatory compliance agenda.

Working together with our Chief Risk Officer and the Risk & Compliance team, you will:
Assist with coordinating Board and Committee meetings and papers
Support the Chief Risk Officer to carry out Company Secretariat functions
Collaborate to enhance governance processes
Coordinate delivery of the Board Policy review schedule
Monitor, analyse, and assess the impact of regulatory change and work with key stakeholders to appropriately respond

What you will bring.
Tertiary qualified, you are a passionate governance and regulatory change specialist with five years' relevant experience within financial services.
You're skilled in the full suite of secretariat processes identifying, interpreting, and applying banking/corporate legislation, prudential standards, regulatory guides, codes and company policies.
Known for your high attention to detail, you are comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and working autonomously.
Your problem solving skills, coupled with your energy, commitment and level-headed approach will ensure your success in this varied and fast-paced position.
