Predominantly we are looking for candidates that hold a minimum of Baseline Security Clearance and have worked in similar roles specialising in Business & Technology strategy, performance improvement or change / transformation services. The roles that are available now include: Senior Consultant Within these roles you will be responsible for providing consulting services predominately in the government sector, working with clients to solve complex challenges and achieve meaningful change. Skills / Experience Required: Background in an ICT Consulting environment with demonstrated experience in preparing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and change / transformation management advice. Well-developed collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skills. Experience in Operating Model Design. Experience in managing and mentoring teams (level dependant) Capability to build on client relationships and willingness to lead new programs of work (level dependant) Experience working on technology transformation/ IT related. Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology or similar Postgraduate academic qualifications such as an MBA or Masters degree is highly regarded.
