Home to the biggest thrill rides and coolest waterslides on the planet, Dreamworld presents a unique and diverse opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Fitter / Welder to join our Engineering team.
The primary purpose of the role is to maintain, service and repair all rides, plant and equipment within Dreamworld and WhiteWater World whilst adhering to safe and efficient work practices.
Our preferred applicant should have a minimum of 5 years post trade experience, combined with an extensive industrial maintenance background.
Additionally, you must have the ability to demonstrate diagnostic and repair skills in the following areas:

Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Pumps and dewatering systems
Heavy fixed plant repair
Experience with welding and fabrication would be advantageous.

A current Manual driver's licence is essential and an EWP and forklift licence would be desirable but not essential.
Flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend and shift work on a rotational roster is a requirement of this role.
