The Maintenance planner Scheduler is required to develop and monitor work schedules and ensure efficient and effective resource utilization of the Amentum staff.
The Maintenance Planner Scheduler will also be responsible for the coordination of necessary permits and access authorities from stakeholders to facilitate timely and safe access to systems and equipment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Plan work activities using the site computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities Prepare documentation required to access systems and equipment requiring maintenance Analyze metric data for potential efficiencies and improvements Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are realized Ensure CMMS data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner Be flexible and adaptable in approach to completing planning and scheduling objectives Assist in maintaining and creating SAP PM Plans, task lists, strategies Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.
Any other reasonable duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS Certificate IV in Business Administration Certificate in Planning and Scheduling activities Trade qualified TICKETS AND LICENCES Drivers Licence CPR White Card First Aid EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Experience in planning and scheduling role Demonstrated experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.
