The OpportunityWe are looking for Maintenance Planner to join our growing Tullamarine Operations Engineering team for our state-of-the-art Influenza cell-culture (FCC) and Products of National Significance (PNS) manufacturing facilities in Tullamarine. Expected to be operational in 2026, the FCC facility will be the only cell-based influenza vaccine manufacturing facility in the Southern Hemisphere and will also produce unique products important to Australia's public health needs such as snake and spider antivenoms.The RoleBased at Tullamarine this is a Full-Time Permanent Position will be responsible for development of maintenance job plans with necessary information to allow safe and efficient scheduling, assignment and safe execution of maintenance works. Additionally, you will help facilitate procurement of engineering materials and component supplies.Reporting to the Operational Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for:Maintain work plans (job plans/standard isolation sheets) for PM's/CM's for maintenance jobs with necessary information to allow efficient scheduling, assignment and safe execution of Maintenance workReview Preventive maintenance (PM) & Corrective maintenance (CM) Work Orders from the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), three months in advance of their completion dateCreate, own, use and maintain plant history and other technical files to help plan future jobs while maintaining a long term focus incorporating current site shut down strategyChampion continuous improvement of the Job Planning process through the Plan-Do-Check-Act quality cycle. Encourage job feedback from the Maintenance Groups to improve future work.Help procure maintenance spares with vendors for execution of maintenance tasks.Support scheduling of maintenance activities with the relevant production departments.Support shutdown activities concerning material and job planning and scheduling.Your experienceAn understanding of the requirements of the code of Good Manufacturing Practice as applied in the pharmaceutical industry and OH&S requirementsTertiary engineering or trade qualification in an appropriate discipline (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or chemical, refrigeration) from a recognised educational institution or a post-trade technical qualificationTechnical skills ensuring an understanding of plant operation and interdependencies from technical drawings and job scoping.Good technical, analytical and communication skillsCompetent in the Windows applications and familiarity with the operation of a modern maintenance environment utilising a CMMS (preferably SAP)Experience setting up equipment maintenance requirements for a new facilityHow to applyIf this sounds like you and you are looking to further develop your skills on this expanding CSL Seqirus Facility, apply now!
