Role PurposeThe key purpose of the Maintenance Officer is to work closely with the Operations Manager(s) to maintain the general up-keep of the centre(s) and to ensure a safe environment for retailers, customers, and the general public whilst maintaining the highest level of stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities Repair and maintenance of internal and external structures, carparks, signage, road works and gates.Maintaining maintenance and servicing of retailer facilities within centre including staff toilets & loading docks.Maintenance and presentation of centre malls & public facilities.Ensuring centre lighting maintained internal & external.Assist with Centre minor capital expenditure program.For more substantial works, the Maintenance Officer will ensure that suitably qualified contractors are engaged to carry out any maintenance and repairs.
The Maintenance Officer will consistently and effectively:
