This role is for 2 days/13 hours a week only please only apply if this suits your situation Duties Provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home across a wide scope of activities including: Identify and carry out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the building, grounds and equipment in-line with the Maintenance Schedules.
Ensure the physical environment for residents is in line with their preferences and is neat, comfortable, safe and hazard free.
Landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs and waste removal Oversee, maintain, assess and provide recommendations on replacement of assets if, and as required.
