About The RoleAs a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.DutiesProvide repairs and maintenance support to the care home across a wide scope of activities including; landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and taggingAssist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and purchasing systemsAssist in the management of Property Services projectsEnsure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance proceduresSkills and ExperienceExperience in Property Maintenance and Building WorksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in Occupational Health and SafetyThe ability to solve problems independentlyCultureWe all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care.
