What You Will Be Doing: Honestly, the job is not all roses so let's get the bad news out of the way first.
We work with all types of colourful people...there are many flavours of ice cream in the world, and we are cool with the different varieties, race, religion and orientation.You will be representing the company, a great smile, happy demeanour and warming personality goes a long way.We aren't big on stress… so while we expect you to work efficiently and get things done to a schedule, we focus on getting our work completed right the first-time round...we are allergic to rework!

Our unique, 'Paid for Performance' system encourages people who want to be rewarded for the big effort that they put in, in addition to the base salary.You will be driving our branded van with fuel and uniforms provided.All tools, equipment and training are provided.You will be paid fortnightly.We will do our best to not work past 8 hours and definitely let the weekends be all yours no matter how busy we are...more you and family time.You will be supported with the office-based team and other technicians yet will be provided with a high level of autonomy in your role.
We are a schedule focused team, not 'shove in as much work as possible into the day' focused.Do you like working on your birthday?
