Mt Maria College, North Brisbane's first Catholic Co-Educational College, was established in 1978.
As a member of Marist Schools Australia, our educational philosophy is based on the teachings of St Marcellin Champagnat, the founder of the Marist Order.
The College has developed significantly in recent years having expanded its facilities to provide excellent education opportunities for Year 7-12 students.
Currently, 1020 students are part of our Mt Maria family with a high demand for future enrolments.

We are seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Officer with a genuine passion for their work to deliver a range of services for the upkeep, maintenance, and development of our school grounds.Duties include: Minor landscaping workMaintaining clean and tidy school groundsRoutine trade and non-trade maintenance and repairsProviding feedback into planning, preparing, and development of school groundsLiaising with onsite contractorsInventory management for grounds supplies and materialsSupport school security systemsLiaise with various internal and external personnel on issues of lost property and damage to facilitiesAssist with setting up significant school eventsCompliance with workplace health and safety requirementsEstimated start date: Commencing Jan 2025
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 38 hours per week over 5 days
Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 3 (School Salary Scale) /(Services Salary Scale)
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
