Experience with Tetra Pak equipment is essential Competitive Wages Access to the 'Milk Bar' our internal savings reward system 12 hour rotating roster About our opportunity: Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, we have an opportunity for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Rowville.
Responsibilities include: Preventative and breakdown maintenance across the site with a focus on Tetra Pak equipment, including the servicing and repair of bulk storage, production, processing, and packaging areas, covering the entire manufacturing process and all main facilities. Investigating failures and making recommendations to reduce risk and improve systems/processes. Performing scheduled and ad-hoc safety checks. Strong focus on safety and safe working methods including JSAs, Risk Assessments, LOTO, and permits to work. Monitoring and contributing to developing new maintenance schedules for equipment, plant, and other relevant data to identify faults and take action as necessary. Assisting in the development and training of employees as required. About You: Knowledge and experience of Tetra Pak A3 Flex, Compactflex, and TBA8 is essential Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Knowledge of GMP within the food industry Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Experience in TIG welding is desirable but not essential We are an equal opportunity employer and we encourage applications from people regardless of gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or disability.
