Mainframe Analyst / Programmer

Our client URGENTLY requires a Mainframe Analyst / Programmer for a 12 months + Contract in Darwin.
The Mainframe Analyst / Programmer will be responsible for providing Mainframe application support and development for the commercial-off-the-shelf government accounting systems.
Skills And Experience Required Include:

Possess knowledge and extensive working experience with COBOL, JCL, SQL, CICS, and Datacom.
Knowledge and experience with Atlassian JIRA in managing ticket requests, workload, and documentation is highly desirable.
Liaise with software vendors for business-as-usual and technical issues.
Government and/or banking experience would be advantageous.
