About the role: We have an exciting opportunity to work in our well-established manufacturing team.
We are looking for a team player with leadership attributes who can assist the Lead Manufacturing in coordinating and performing activities of diversified staff in a high-speed manufacturing line involved in roasting/blending/packaging quality products and materials for storage and dispatch.
The role will be based at our Scoresby facility.
Responsibilities: Consistently promote high standards through personal example, motivating the team so that each member maintains required production and RNC quality and OH&S standards.Achieve scheduled operational day to day targets following defined manufacturing procedures.Roast/blend/pack the specific QC approved products.Safely operate and maintain the cleanliness of manufacturing lines.Packaging and labeling with high accuracy and speed.Maintain a clean and safe work area and update all production and cleaning logs.Required experience: Must have operated high speed manufacturing lines.Preferably has led a small team of 2-5 people. #J-18808-Ljbffr
