The Education Assistant Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing the Makeup artists along with conducting in classroom training programs & workshops as well as virtually.
The Education Assistant Manager reports to the Regional Education Manager and has a matrix reporting line to the Brand Area Sales & Operations Manager.
This position requires fostering cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will thrive in a results-focused collaborative environment and enjoy a practical, hands-on approach to work.
Qualifications Essential: Beauty industry experience in teaching or training is a definite advantage.
Confident speaking in public and talking to groups of people.
Willing and able to teach in all classes, virtually, instore and in the classroom.
Be energetic, proactive, and motivated to help others learn the craft of makeup artistry.
Builds trust through their reliability, honesty, and authenticity.
Mentor, gives timely coaching and offers assignments that challenge and foster a person's skills in line with management directives and business needs.
